Delhi Government has permitted the home delivery of liquors for the orders placed through the mobile apps or websites. The liquor shops were mainly closed in many states due to the lock down in many regions. The home delivery of liquors was only allowed to the L-13 license holders who could deliver the alcohol on the basis of order details through email or fax before time in Delhi. Even placing orders through telephone was also not accepted in Delhi. The Delhi Government will be releasing the details about the liquor online portals soon.
