Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister CN Ashwath Narayan said that ₹ 20 Lakh have been fined on the allegation for delaying the Covid-19 test reports on the Laboratory under the Karnataka state. Forty labs have to pay the fine to the health Department in Karnataka which includes nine government labs and 31 private labs. the reports were delayed for above 24 hrs in Karnataka. the cases in Karnataka are surging to the high level in the Second wave of the Covid-19 Pandemic with deaths due to the virus.
