India is witnessing the increase in the number of new Delta Plus variant in Maharashtra which is more transmissible than the previous variants of Covid-19 Infection. The researches showed that the Delta Variant was the reason behind the huge second wave pandemic of COVID-19 pandemic devastation in India which killed large number of middle-aged longevous.
The government on Tuesday announced that 22 cases of Delta Plus variant have been detected in India. The cases of Delta Plus have been found in genome sequenced samples from Ratnagiri and Jalgaon Districts of Maharashtra; Palakkad and Pathanamthitta Districts of Kerala; and Bhopal and Shivpuri Districts of Madhya Pradesh.
The Delta Plus variant has been seen in nine countries including India. Majority of the places and the respective authorities are trying harder to sustain the Pandemic Situation by providing vaccines and intensive care to the humans.
