Apollo Group of Hospitals has announced that the Russian Covid-19 vaccine Sputnik V will be available within easy reach through the Apollo hospitals in India from the second week of June 2021 with the cost of ₹ 1,195 per dose. SputnikV has two dosages to be taken each with the gap of minimum 4-5 weeks. Ofiicial authority of Apollo group of Hospitals said that the charge of the Vaccine will be ₹ 995 for the vaccine and ₹ 200 will be administration charges.

Apollo Group of Hospitals is a hospital chain headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India founded by Prathap C Reddy with all the medical facilities including labs and testing.
